Location: Talawade – Pune

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in E & TC, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales role within the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record in selling automotive products and solutions (components, systems, or services).
  • Strong technical understanding of automotive systems (engine components, transmission systems, suspension, braking, etc.).

Role: Sales & Business Development

Job Profile :

  • Identify and target potential customers in the automotive sector (OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, repair shops, etc.)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Create and present technical product proposals to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
    1. Technical Expertise:
      1. Provide technical support to clients regarding automotive products, such as components, parts, and systems.
      2. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to explain technical benefits and features to customers.
      3. Assist customers with product specifications, application needs, and troubleshooting.
    2. Market Analysis & Reporting:
      1. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products.
      2. Analyze market requirements to drive product improvements and new solutions.
      3. Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback.
    3. Collaboration:
      1. Work closely with the engineering and product teams to communicate customer requirements and feedback.
      2. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and technical content.
    4. Customer Support & After-Sales:
      1. Provide post-sales support, ensuring that products meet customer expectations.
      2. Manage customer inquiries and complaints, working to resolve any technical issues quickly.
      3. Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and service procedures are followed for products supplied.
