Location: Talawade – Pune
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in E & TC, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales role within the automotive industry.
- Proven track record in selling automotive products and solutions (components, systems, or services).
- Strong technical understanding of automotive systems (engine components, transmission systems, suspension, braking, etc.).
Role: Sales & Business Development
Job Profile :
- Identify and target potential customers in the automotive sector (OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, repair shops, etc.)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Create and present technical product proposals to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical support to clients regarding automotive products, such as components, parts, and systems.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to explain technical benefits and features to customers.
- Assist customers with product specifications, application needs, and troubleshooting.
- Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products.
- Analyze market requirements to drive product improvements and new solutions.
- Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the engineering and product teams to communicate customer requirements and feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and technical content.
- Customer Support & After-Sales:
- Provide post-sales support, ensuring that products meet customer expectations.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints, working to resolve any technical issues quickly.
- Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and service procedures are followed for products supplied.
